a. Ineligible Staff
Dealer Principal and General Manager are excluded from program reward. A General Manager acting as Omoda Jaecoo Sales Manager at an authorised site is deemed eligible. NB: Only one (1) Sales Manager can be registered in the Program per Dealer Code.
Dealership staff must have completed all online training modules prior to earning points. Any new modules added during the course of The Program, must be completed within the month or within 14 days of upload ( whichever is the longest period).
b. Monthly Program Scoring
Results are final and will be released no more than ten (10) workdays from completion of the preceding month for listing on the Omoda Jaecoo Summit Club website with accompanying email.
c. Reward Points Claiming
Reward cannot be substituted for cash or other benefit. Points cannot be transferred to another person nor redeemed by another. Points cannot be combined with another recipient. Points expire thirty (30) days from end of The Program period. Points are forfeited upon employment termination.
d. Circumstances Affecting Results
Recipients should not be affected by dealership operations. Should any issue arise regarding KPI achievement, Omoda Jaecoo Australia will apply discretion for any subsequent determination required. Claims for reporting anomalies are to be advised to Omoda Jaecoo Australia by the 15th of the month following. Beyond this point, results will be deemed as final. Circumstances such as limited vehicle supply, diminished market conditions, compromised dealership operations or other uncontrollable factor(s) will not be considered as justification for any concession.
e. New Staff appointments
Responsibility rests with the dealership to advise Omoda Jaecoo Australia of new personnel who are entitled to receive award points upon commencement of their new role.
f. Dealership Ownership Change
If the dealership ownership structure alters, a condition of any settlement is for the preservation of all points accumulated. Participants remaining in the employ of the dealership will maintain eligibility. Should an ownership change result in a discontinuation of Omoda Jaecoo franchise representation, unclaimed points will lapse upon the completion of sale.
g. Taxation Implications
Omoda Jaecoo Australia may at its discretion consider any tax liability arising from The Program in the form of Fringe Benefit Tax. Any potential payment to the Australian Tax Office will be confirmed prior. No FBT reimbursement will be provided by Omoda Jaecoo Australia due to any false claim or breach of program Terms and Conditions. Dealers and recipients should seek independent tax advice as needed.
h. Cancellation
Omoda Jaecoo Australia reserves the right at its sole discretion to exclude any recipient found not to be adhering to all reasonable commercial requirements expected of its representatives.
i. Review
Omoda Jaecoo Australia reserves all rights to scrutinise results to confirm their veracity and ensure program terms and conditions have been upheld.
j. Ultimate Decision Making
Omoda Jaecoo Australia holds the unfettered right at its discretion to the extent permitted by law to change, defer, suspend or end The Program or any part thereof without notification. Omoda Jaecoo Australia as final arbiter will apply its judgement as binding.
k. Guarantees and Obligations
Omoda Jaecoo Australia is not liable for damage or loss arising from personal injury as a result of a reward or prize redeemed from The Program, except for liability unable to be excluded by law. Omoda Jaecoo Australia makes no representations, neither express nor implied, regarding validity, appropriateness, correctness, applicability, or relevance as to the purpose of all rewards available.
l. Program Alteration
Omoda Jaecoo Australia has the right to change any part of The Program at its discretion without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to points awarded, terms and conditions and effective date(s).
m. Governance
Management and daily control of The Program will be undertaken by Partner+. Results will be released at the end of each calendar month via a secure website. Claims for any adjustment of results considered incorrect are to be emailed to The Program email address with dealership General Manager confirmation for review within fifteen days post month-end. Beyond this points results recorded will be considered as definitive to stand as final.
